I received an “Order Confirmation” email. When will I get my item?

Based on past experience, your order will be delivered within 5-7days after dispatched.  The specific domestic delivery time in your country varies greatly depending on the delivery capabilities of local logistics companies. 

For most customers in EU, order will be delivered within 5 day.

Do you accept and provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?

We are sorry, all order must be paid and confirmed before dispatched from our warehouse. We do not accept COD service.

Items purchased from the ROYANI online store can be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging within 15 days of item received.
